Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be in its original state and unused to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

 

How do I return an item?


1. Please, email us at returns@elmalldelaesquina.com to request a refund; a tracking # will be issue and assigned to your request.

2. Send your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for the return and the original invoice.

Return Exceptions

 

Some items cannot be returned if opened. These include music, software and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Replenishment rate

 

If the garment is in like new condition, you can change your garment for a different size or color. Not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but still have to pay the return shipping.
